It's that time again....Best Shot Monday time!
I will be the first to admit that these shots all have their own issues. I really do think that I like the top one the best, although I really would like to figure out a way to use photoshop to get that lovely running nose out of the shot. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful - I tried a few different things and nothing looked right.
****Edited to add****
A HUGE thanks to everyone who had suggestions on how to remove the snot from the first shot! It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be (once you told me how!) and I'm thrilled to have been able to get it out!
As always, don't forget to check out more best shots from the week over at Tracey's!

I am not good at photoshop, yet, or I would give some advice. I think they are all very sweet shots! We are our own worst critic... and I think you're being too hard on yourself.
The top one is stunning!!!
so i recently heard of this book that i'm going to eventually get for myself, and you might be interested too!
Scott Kelby's 7-Point System for Photoshop CS3 - http://www.amazon.com/Kelbys-7-Point-System-Photoshop-Voices/dp/0321501926
i may not get that exact book, but he has a bunch of books on photoshop things and this one is written more like tutorials...
and anyway, that first photo is great.
Those are great shots!
I'd help you with Photoshop, but I'm not very good at using it yet!
Great pictures, the first is my favorite too. I didn't notice th nose until I read your post.
I also just go by the seat-of my pants when it comes to using the healing brush tool (and all of Photoshop), so I'm not much help either.
Great closeups!!!
I would use the spot healing brush cuz it's pretty easy. Just do a search on "spot healing brush" and you'll find lots of tutorial on how to use it. Find the one that matches your version of photoshop.
I think they are all fantastic !
I haven't used photo shop so no good advice here for the runny nose issue ...
Here's mine for this week :
Brotherly Love
I LOVE that first one! Wow, his eyes are amazing. Such a handsome little fellow. I agree, cloning/healing brush would work well.
That first one is just great. Love it in black and white. Glad you figured out the photoshop fix. You can also use the clone stamp, as well. Make sure you keep the brush as small as possible.
I LOVE that first one.
Yes, late to the party, but I woudl use a cloning stamp set very small--SNOT BE GONE!
I speak from experience, of course.
Sweet photos!
loved them all. enjoyed reading all the ways to remove snot (tissues....just kidding) but i must admit that i didn't even notice it til i read your note and then i thought it made the pic all the more adorable....!
The first shot is just amazing.
Will you post it "snot free" too? I'd love to see how it turns out.
the top one is gorgeous! they are all so sweet, but the top one - sheeesh!
I don't know. I'm kind of partial to the character of runny noses. :)
These portraits are stunning. The b&w is my fave...but it's a close call.
Such beautiful, expressive eyes in that first shot.
Love the runny shot.
