Things That Make Me Twitch

*the dentist. Thinking about it, hearing about it, the whole idea of it. Just....ick.

*Adult women with long hair who wear pigtails. I have no explanation for this, but it makes me crazy. Pigtails are no longer okay once your age reaches double digits...especially when the first of those digits isn't 1.

*Knee socks. I can't see them without having some sort of late 90's Britney Spears flashback.

*Crocs. I HATE those things. Why, you ask? I have no explanation for that either. But that doesn't keep me from hating them anyway. Hey, I never claimed to make sense.

*The fact that I can't run across The Bachelor on TV without watching. I just love that stupid show. But why? They never almost never end up together in the end. And yet I watch. Even when I know what happens in the end, I watch. The current marathon on VH1 is NOT good for my productivity. A not so interesting factoid? Even though I love The Bachelor, I have a somewhat intense dislike for The Bachelorette.

*The fact that although Bennett is very difficult to understand speech-wise, one of the things that he can say with startling clarity is BOOBS. Which is usually exclaimed while attempting to poke mine. Just to see if they are still there. Or to offer up a quick anatomy lesson. Or whatever. Which only seems to happen while in a check out lane at Target or the library or some other place where everyone else is mostly silent and I am unable to shrivel up and die hide from the chuckles of strangers.

*Doing dishes. It's actually not even the washing of dishes that is the issue. It's that I don't like putting them away. That's right, my issue isn't with the dirty dishes....it's with the clean ones.

I have worn pigtails on occassion...but mostly I put my hair in two french braids on the weekends. Is that okay?? ;) My Dad says I am reaching back to my American Indian heritage of my great great grandfather LOL. :)

Crocs make me twitch, too, so you are not alone. However, I did buy a pair for the kids since they are so easy for them to get on and off and you can just hose them down if they are dirty. It's okay for kids, but really...they shouldn't be allowed as adult street shoes. Just my opinion, but I'm a bit of a shoe freak. :)

My kids love crocs... they each own 2 pairs. I too can't stand them... they don't look comfortable or stylish.

My husband just had oral surgery yesterday, so I can GUARANTEE that he's no fan either.

Your quite funny! Like your list...

I own a pair of crocs - lol my son got them for me - but I use them as my backyard shoes - and the kids love theirs especially my girl cause she can get them on quickly!

I cannot STAND crocs, either. I am glad I am not the only one.

Pigtails.. yea, not a fan of those either. I think I stopped wearing them when I was 8 or 9.

DISHES! Ohhh I loathe the dishes...

I am 32 years old and I wear pigtails fairly frequently. My hubby loves them. ;)

Ohhh...just wore pigtails on Sunday! But I wear them so my helmet fits when I ride bike...so it is more of necessity, not really a fashion statement!

I have a pair of crocs, too...but they are only for slopping around in the garden! They are nice for the girls, though...you can throw them into the washing machine or just scrub 'em up...

When I'm skinny (which has been a while..LOL) I sometimes wear "pigtail braids" which the hubby loves...I guess it is that indian look! But, I wouldn't go for real pigtails either.

And, the bachelor/bachelorette? I've ALWAYS hated the bachelorette too even though the bachelor had me obsessed for several seasons! I guess there is a double standard...girls just shouldn't be dating around like that...we expect it from the guys!

You forgot to mention messy counter tops. ;)

I think crocs on kids are cute, but my husband bought a pair for him and I am HORRIFIED every time I see him wearing them. LOL!

hahaha. I thought you meant REAL crocs!!!!!! I thought I would never wear them but they are great for the garden. Hose em down and leave em to dry. Never smell. Don't seem to wear out. What's not to love????
Pigtails....hmmmm. Wore them at 44 in a dance concert. Do you hate me? I was trying to not look out of place amongst the 17 year olds. Actually. I think I hate me.
